Sales team leader office

To expand our organization, we are looking for a "Sales team leader office" for the sales department.
Are you the driven commercial Team Leader with a good dose of sales experience and do you also have an affinity with technology? Will you make a proactive contribution to the growth of Qurails and are you motivated in your work? Then we are looking for you.
As a cooperating Team Leader at Qurails, you are responsible for the entire inside sales team (Netherlands and Export). You get the best out of your team, guide and develop each team member.
Your tasks will also include maintaining existing relationships, acquiring new customers, (telephone) sales, processing orders, and producing and following up on quotations. You will also support and guide the account managers from the office.
You are energetic, communicative, you have an eye for the customer and you have the drive to put our brand successfully on the map.
- HBO work and thinking level, technical affinity is a plus
- At least five years of work experience in the sales office
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language, multiple languages is preferred
- A true team player who goes for the common goal
- Enterprising, pragmatic and with a strong outgoing personality
- Out of the box thinker
- Analytical, clear communication style and customer- and result-oriented
